Introduction
The FAQ section is considered to be mandatory for almost all kinds of online platforms. Here you can add the ‘frequently asked questions’ along with their answers, so that the clients won’t be required to contact you directly via email to get answers to their ambiguities. For this purpose, you can use “Accordion” widget provided therein. It is in two styles: the first one goes for the half length of the page while the second one is full width.
Customization Options
1. Show Title
Provide the title of this section in the given input box. If you do not enter the title, the shortcode will be displayed without a title.
2. Heading Style
There are seven styles available to show the Heading of any section, namely, Heading 1, Heading 2, Heading 3, Heading 4, Heading 5, Heading 6, and Heading 7. These include simple, modern and other designs to make your store look as beautiful as you want. Choose a heading style of your choice from the dropdown list.
3. Number of Posts
Enter the number of posts like 3, 4 and 10, etc. to display on this section.
4. Order By
This will help you sort the best selling products by Date, Title, Name, Author, Comment Count and Random. Select any option from the given dropdown list.
5. Sorting Order
This option will help you show the products in “Ascending Order” or “Descending Order”. This feature is very useful to show the latest or the oldest posts first as per your requirement.
